SAA working groups meetings which will be held on 23 & 24 of August in Santiago, Chile according to the following information:

* Meetings on same day will be running simultaneously in separate rooms.
These face to face meetings have been set in order to attend the demand of the working groups and move forward with the work plan of each one.

9.20 – 10.50 Participating National Associations and ISF update on their activities around Seed Applied Technology, use and movement of treated seed in and out of their country. What they expect to get out of this meeting and going forward?

11.10 – 12.00 Update on SAA Phytosanitary Working Group’s activities, focusing on the Authorities Draft Document where Seed Treatment is an important part of this draft document (attached for your review and help with our discussion and input)
12.00 - 12.20 Review of current status of filled out Questionnaires and Excel Data Base, as well as answer any outstanding questions, comments or concerns about this info.
12.20 - 13.00 Break out session to complete any remaining questionnaires by participants, that we can then build onto existing Data base.
13.00 - 14.20 Lunch
14.20 - 15.00 Review of the break out group session
15.00 - 15.30 Review of the current status of the SAA website and its capabilities for interaction and user friendliness

General situation worldwide and specific SAA country situations (BS + NSA´s).
Update from the ISF PBI WG (BS).
Discussion of ISF concept paper on consistent criteria.
Role of the SAA and the Americas in the overall international strategy
Discussion of possible SAA activities: Meeting/workshops with authorities, opportunities/timings.
Coordination with CLI organizations, the “AgroBios”.
Recommendations for SAA efforts/activities.

Recommendation on whether/how SAA should proceed.
